A victory for the Fascist and anti-Semitic Iron Guard was seen in today’s acquittal of forty-six defendants charged with complicity in the assassination of the late Premier Ian Duca.

Three other defendants were sentenced by the court to life imprisonment for the assassination. These included the killer, Nicholas Constantinescu and two others, all three alleged to be members of the Iron Guard.

Among those released was the man who aspires to be the Hitler of Rumania, Corneliu Codreanu, the head of the Iron Guard organization.

Great rejoicing prevailed among the acquitted men, while the three condemned to life received the verdict calmly.
