Russia has issued search warrants for two Jewish co-owners of the Yukos oil giant. Leonid Nevzlin and Vladimir Dubov are wanted on charges of tax evasion and theft of state property, a source with Russia’s Interior Ministry told the Interfax news agency on Thursday.
