The secretary of the Soviet legation here is leaving tomorrow for Palestine to remain there for two weeks, it was announced today by the legation.

The secretary, a Moslem named Sultanov, speaks Arabic fluently. His visit to Palestine is considered here as evidence of Russia’s mounting commercial and other interests in this part of the world.
