Salesmen in Hamburg Must Have “nazi Views” or Lose Jobs

Jewish salesmen in this city, if they are to continue to hold their positions, must henceforth prove that they are “imbued with Nazi views,” according to the local Chamber of Commerce.

The chamber issued an order yesterday stating that all salesmen must undergo special examinations “to prove not only that they possess commercial ability but that they are also imbued with Nazi views.” A special board representing the Chamber of Commerce, the Labor Front and the Hitler Youth will examine prospective salesmen.
