Samuel Weizmann, one of the active workers in the Jewish coolnization movement in Soviet Russia will proceed shortly to the United States in the interests of this movement, according to a decision of the Ozet, the Society for Jewish land settlement in Russia. Mr. Weizmann, who is an engineer by profession, is a brother of Dr. Chaim Weizmann.
