The $4,500,000 addition to Mt. Zion Hospital here was thrown open to public inspection this week in an open house that served as a dedication of the modern, six-story building.

Equipped with the latest in technical development, the building makes Mt. Zion the most modern hospital in San Francisco, and one of the most modern in the country. It adds 150 beds to the 60-year-old institution. Financed by the Jewish community of San Francisco, the hospital is open to the entire community.
