Saudi Arabia is consolidating its international charities into a government-supervised commission to cut links to terrorism. Adel Al-Jubeir, a foreign affairs adviser to Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah, said Wednesday in Washington that his country’s largest charity, Al-Haramainm Islamic Foundation, will be dissolved.
