Aaron Scheinman, former head of the Soviet state bank, who was summarily dismissed from his position without any explanation as to the reason, will be appointed to another post, according to the Russian newspaper, “Sevodnia.”
The paper says that Scheinman will be appointed chairman of a Soviet business corporation which is to seek relations with American firms.
