Second Woman Arrested in Germany for Aiding War Criminal’s Escape

A second woman charged with aiding the escape of Hans Walter Zech-Nenntwich, convicted war criminal who broke out of jail here and then returned, surrendered to police here today. She is Margit Steinheuer, 25. Friday, Rosemarie Holtbruegenmann, 28, previously arrested for helping him escape, was indicted by the court here.
