Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger is expected to meet here with Egyptian Foreign Minister Ismail Fahmy on Sunday and address the special session of the General Assembly Monday, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learned Thursday. Kissinger reportedly will discuss with Fahmy the prospects for disengagement between the forces of Israel and Syria on the Golan Heights. Israeli sources said that they did not expect Kissinger to meet with Israeli officials here while he is in New York.
