Ben Selling, a Portland (Ora.) merchant, has celebrated his seventy-first birthday by sending a draft for $10,000 for the relief of Jewish war orphans, Louis Marshall, Chairman of the American Jewish Relief Committee, announces.

A year ago, when Mr. Selling was seventy, he sent a draft for a similar sum.
