Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) will circulate a letter in the U.S. Senate blasting an impending hearing on Israel’s security fence. The letter on the Feb. 23 hearing at the International Court of Justice will be addressed to U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, since the international court is sponsored by the United Nations.
