The Senate Judiciary Committee today confirmed President Kennedy’s nomination of Judge Stephen J. Roth of Flint, Michigan, to be a Federal judge for Eastern Michigan. The Hungarian-born jurist, who was naturalized in 1933, has been serving as circuit court judge of Michigan’s Genesee County.
