Senator Jacob K. Javits. New York Republican, introduced today in the Senate a joint resolution to permit the establishment in Washington, D.C., of a memorial to Albert Einstein, the named scientist who emigrated to America from Nazi Germany in 1933 and died in this country in 1955.
