Sens. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) and Connie Mack (R-Fla.) introduced legislation Wednesday to help victims of terrorism recover court judgments from the frozen assets of terrorist countries. The Clinton administration opposes the bill, saying it would hamper officials in conducting foreign policy.
