Sentencing was slated for Wednesday in the 1991 Crown Heights case. Lemrick Nelson was to be sentenced for violating Yankel Rosenbaum’s civil rights during the Brooklyn riots in which Rosenbaum, a scholar from Australia, was stabbed and killed.
