Sir Cyril Salmon Named Lord Justice of Appeal in England

Sir Cyril Salmon, 60, a high court judge since 1957, has been appointed a Lord Justice of Appeal, the first Jew to become an Appeal Court Judge in two decades. The last prior one was Lord Cohen, who retired a few years ago.
