Warburg of New York City, financier and philanthropist, member of the firm of Kuhn, Loeb &Co., was the honor guest at a reception given last night at Government House by Sir Herbert and Lady Samuel. Mr. Warburg is in Palestine to make a personal survey of the progress that has been made toward the re-establishment of the Jewish Homeland.
