Sir Isaac Isaacs, retired Governor-General of Australia, was guest of honor yesterday at a reception of the Sir John Monash branch of the British legion prior to leaving for home.

Lieut. Col. E. K. Smart, Australian liaison officer with England, paid tribute to Sir Isaac as a “great empire builder.”
