Some 42 percent of Israeli children suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, a university researcher said. Addressing a parliamentary committee on children’s rights Wednesday, Avital Laufer of Tel Aviv University said that 15 percent of children have a moderate to severe version of the syndrome, the daily Ha’aretz reported.
