December 21, 1923
See Original Daily Bulletin From This Date

Twenty-eight families who are proceeding from Palestine to Russia have applied for Russian visas and have been informed by the Soviet representative here that they will receive visas if they write to NAKANUNE, the Soviet organ in Berlin, that they are leaving Palestine because they are dissatisfied with the Zionist situation and with the administration of the country. If they make this statement, the representative declared officially, and if they undertake not to participate in Zionist activities in Russia, visas will be granted to them.
