Soviets Approve Ica Concession

The Concession negotiated by the Jewish Colonization Association providing for the establishing in various parts of Russia and the Ukraine of a network of Jewish credit institutions has been ratified finally by the Economic Council of the Soviet Government. Under the terms of the concession the agreement is to remain in force three years and is renewable for a further period of three years if neither party objects to its continuance.
