Stephen Peck, a leading New York businessman and philanthropist, was buried Thursday. Peck, a stockbroker and financial manager who chaired the Wall Street division of the city’s UJA-Federation and once chaired the Jewish Theological Seminary’s board of trustees, died Tuesday during an operation to implant a cardiac stent, the New York Sun reported. He was 69.
