A street in the town of Mengelo in eastern Holland will get a new name as a result of the initiative of Viennabased Nazi-hunter Simon Wiesenthal. The street was named 10 years ago in honor of the late Kuno Stierling will, a German-born organist who conducted the choir in Hengelo before World War II.

Wiesenthal called the attention of the local authorities to the fact that Stierlingwill joined the Nazi party in 1938 in Westphalia and later became a member of the SA. A portrait of Stierlingwill which his relatives presented to Hengelo after his death in 1967 has been returned to the family.
