Students, teachers and parents from Prague’s Jewish high school demonstrated outside the Jewish community’s headquarters Wednesday in a dispute over the selection of a new school principal. The demonstrators, who carried banners and shouted slogans calling for the acting principal of the Lauder school to remain in his post, said the city’s Jewish leaders had imposed their own choice of principal and suggested that the selection process had not been handled fairly.
