The outcome of the declaration made in Geneva by the Polish Foreign Minister, Colonel Jozef Beck, will be a new League of Nations code for minorities, the paper said. This new code will be somewhat weaker than the present code, but universal and applied ### all nations, or the entire mino###ties code will be scrapped, Sunday Times predicted.
