Jacob Lotan, one of three members of the rightwing Herut Party arrested in connection with the planting of a primed bomb at the Foreign Ministry building here several weeks ago, was today released in 1,000 pounds bail. Lotan is suspected by the police of being an important member of the ring which attempted the bombing.
