Syrian President Bashar Assad reportedly has instructed Palestinian terrorist groups to step up attacks on Israel. Citing Palestinian sources, Israel’s Army Radio said Wednesday that Assad convened representatives of Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Damascus earlier this month.
