Teddy Kollek was buried in Jerusalem. Thousands of Israelis turned out Thursday to pay their last respects to the capital’s former mayor, who lay in state at Jerusalem City Hall before being interred at Mount Herzl Cemetery. Kollek passed away Tuesday at age 95.
