Tel Aviv’s “first grandchild” was killed here when he fell from a third-story balcony.

The child, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ellman, was the first baby born in this city of native parents. He was a year and a half old.

The fatal accident occurred when the boy leaned over the railing of his crib, on the balcony of the Ellman home, and fell to the pavement below.
