Davar, labor daily, in a lengthy editorial today places blame for the Arab-Jewish disorders on the Government, charging that it failed to take adequate measures to prevent them.

The paper demands that the Government take action to prevent the spreading of rumors by politicians who are trying to “make capital out of the shedding of Jewish blood.”

Trial of the Arab pogromists, the paper suggests, should give a demonstration of force which would prevent the necessity of using force later.
