Ten Years Ago in the Jewish Daily Bulletin

The legislative committee of the Lithuanian Diet rejected a bill introduced by the former Minister of Jewish Affairs. Dr. Rosenbaum, on the legalization of the Jewish communities and accepted, instead, the bill presented by Priest Willas, whereby the communities would lose their administrative functions.
