The Anti-Defamation League criticized President Carter for his remarks on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The ADL said Carter’s remarks to reporters last week, in which he criticized the Bush administration for a lack of progress on the conflict and cited the Palestinian issue as a “prime source of animosity toward the United States,” both “distort and oversimplify” U.S. policy in the conflict.
