The Arab League said a new U.S. law on anti-Semitism will not stop it from criticizing Israel. “The new law will not prevent Arabs from criticizing Israel for its policies toward the Palestinians,” Israel Radio quoted Arab League Secretary-General Amr Moussa as saying Thursday. He was referring to the Global Anti-Semitism Review Law, which requires the U.S. State Department to document anti-Semitic attacks around the world each year. “The Arabs do not hate Jews because they are Jews,” Moussa said. “If it becomes clear that this law is intended to prevent criticism of Israel, Arabs will not respect it.”
