The bittersweet romance “Nina’s Tragedies” won almost all the Israeli Academy of Film Awards. The only exception to the film’s sweep of the top prizes at Wednesday night’s ceremony was the award for best actor, which went to Arieh Elias for his role in the drama “James’ Journey to Jerusalem.”
