The chairman of the Knesset’s Constitution Committee is on a listening tour of Diaspora Jewry. Michael Eitan, chairman of the Knesset’s Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, kicked off an unusual outreach effort to Diaspora Jews on Thursday with a meeting at a Manhattan law firm to discuss ideas for crafting an Israeli constitution.
