The Communist Party organ Pravda added its voice today to the world-wide wave of protest against the Nazi pogroms, warning Germany that “pogroms did not save the Czarist monarchy and they will not save German Fascism.” “A pogrom,” the newspaper said, “is the favorite method of the ruling classes to turn the people’s anger away from themselves.”
