The executive director of an organization supporting Jewish arts and culture is stepping down, citing personal reasons. Richard Siegel said he would leave the New York-based National Foundation for Jewish Culture in coming months to spend more time with his wife, Rabbi Laura Geller, who is a pulpit rabbi in the Los Angeles area.
