The father of a Philadelphia-area teen-ager suspended for writing a story about a planet named “Poland Jewpiter” filed a lawsuit claiming the school had violated his free speech rights. In the story, Brad Herman, who is neither of Polish nor Jewish origin, described a planet in which the air smelled like sausages, people wore funny hats and danced to Bar Mitzvah music, and the food tasted good.
