The deputy secretary of defense and influential Bush administration adviser was followed on the newspaper’s list by the president of the Union for Reform Judaism, Rabbi Eric Yoffie; the national director of the Anti-Defamation League, Abraham Foxman; executive director of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, Hannah Rosenthal; and the architect chosen to design New York’s new World Trade Center, Daniel Libeskind.
