The gag order surrounding Hezbollah’s kidnapping of an Israeli businessman must be lifted, an Israeli court ruled. In its decision Thursday, the Tel Aviv District Court ruled that the family of Elhanan Tannenbaum has until Monday to appeal the decision. Tannenbaum, who is also a reserve colonel, was kidnapped by Hezbollah in October 2000.
