The Israeli government is selling Israel’s third-largest bank to a group headed by Matthew Bronfman, a son of World Jewish Congress President Edgar Bronfman Jr. Israeli officials said they had reached an agreement to sell 26 percent of the Israel Discount Bank for roughly $275 million.
