The Israeli newspaper Ma’ariv took down its English-language Web site. The site went down this week after the newspaper decided not to extend its contract with Joya, a New York-based company that funded the site, the Jerusalem Post reported.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
