The Jewish Colonization Association (ICA) is being reorganized in London with a view to insuring continuance of its activities, Max Gottschalk, member of its central board, reported at the annual meeting of the Canadian ICA here. War conditions have made ICA work difficult in various countries, but the situation has been adjusted and the organization’s work will be continued to the fullest possible extent wherever conditions permit, he said.
Rabbi H. Abramowitz, president of the Canadian ICA, and other officers were reelected.
