The National Basketball Association can sell candy and cereal in Israel with its logo after an Israeli judge rejected an appeal by an Israeli textile company that shares the NBA’s initials. The judge ruled that there is no chance that someone might believe that the products with the U.S. basketball logo are sponsored by the textile company NBA.
