The National Council of Jewish Women called on the Bush administration to rescind its choice for family planning chief. The White House last week appointed Dr. Eric Keroack as deputy assistant secretary for population affairs. Keroack previously headed a chain of pregnancy clinics that advises against contraception and promotes “abstinence only” contraception.
