The New Israel Fund recently launched an emergency fund-raising campaign aimed at helping the vulnerable in northern Israel. The fund has provided direct assistance as well as grants to 11 organizations operating in northern Israel, and has enabled hundreds of Israelis to relocate away from the conflict zone.
