The new president of Argentine Jewry’s leading group, known as DAIA, is pledging to shake up the organization. Gilbert Lewy, who defeated the current president, Jose Hercman, in a Nov. 17 vote, said he would replace DAIA’s lawyer in the AMIA bombing case.
