The Palestinian Authority said it would disarm a terrorist group linked to its main political faction. Under the plan announced Sunday by Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei, members of Fatah’s Al-Aksa Brigade will be disarmed and incorporated into legitimate police units within weeks.
