The Palestinian Authority urged Gazans to rebuild on the ruins of evacuated Israeli settlements. “Gaza is now without settlers,” P.A. Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei said Tuesday while touring areas evacuated by Israel. “Today we begin the work of rebuilding.”
